环氧地坪低价格质量在何方?怎么保证

这些话想说很久了,对我们的同行也对自已说的。现在环氧地坪行业错象乱生,可以用看不到前途来形容,整个行业的价格越来越低。一些半路杀出来的涂料工,油漆工乱报价格且环氧地坪乱施工的现象就不说了,而我们一些化工行业的同行居然也开始低价扰乱市场。我不明白,你是专业的环氧地坪材料及施工商,当下原材料,人工处于什么价,你不知道么?你的产品销售低于原材料进价,你拿什么维持公司的正常运作?再这样下去,地坪行业又要面临大洗牌了

If this continues, the flooring industry will be faced with a major reshuffle. 近些日子碰到一些新客户,包括我们个别老客户,直接说我们价格比市场上贵,让我们都不知道怎么报价了。其实我很想说,价格低有价格低的做法但不保证质量,但是您为什么只看价格不看质量呢?你花20元的价格只用了三个月,而花40元的价格用三、五年,那个划算这个账一算就明白,为什么只盯眼前利益呢?让我不明白的是,一家与我们一样运营了10多年的公司,居然报2mm环氧自流平30元/平方,我不知道这样的价格怎么去维持公司的正常运作?现在原料,人工,运输那个不在涨?特别是江浙一带的人工,那个是年年涨,我都恨不得去做环氧工人了。

上周在同行群聊天,有一例可以说明现在我们这个行业真乱。一同行以26元/平方的低价格承揽了5遍工艺的环氧地坪,施工到7000平方时,中途来了一家报价15元/平方的包工队,结果很戏剧:业方直接把人赶走让15元报价的承接后续的施工。这说明什么?地坪的价格没有最低只有更低,行业的现状没有最乱只有更乱!不过他的施工质量我们真的好期待是什么样子。

对于我们的客户,我想说,您把工程交给我们这样专业的公司,您不用担心质量,要知道一分价格一分货。就象药品行业一样,换一个名字换一个包装就可以高价出售,而现在地坪行业出来的好多所谓的新名词也不过如此。希望客户们您在要质量的时候也适当的给点利润空间给您的供应商。当然您肯定会说,我又不懂,那要怎么判断地坪公司的专业与否呢?那么教您一招很适用的,让那些低价的公司,施工时用我们专业的施工工艺去让做,如果他们不偷工减料还能赚钱,那么我只能说我们本事不如人了
